What Our Company Does

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We verify your automatic pool cleaner function.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.

We vacuum your pool.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the correct chemicals and minerals to keep your water in optimum condition.

We net your pool.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We check your pool equipment.

We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

What the Customer Does

Maintain adequate water level.

Report to us any detection of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when needed.

Additional Info

There could be additional startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Monthly service fee based on a 4 week month.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

All-inclusive Pool Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

You can downgrade pool cleaning plans from All-inclusive to Regular by calling us to schedule the change.

We offer twice a month pool cleaning in Miami from late Fall to Spring each year.

Stabilizers Treatments & Filter Cleanings

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
